THE MOST EXPENSIVE SALES OF SQUARES IN BELGRADE LAST YEAR

The most expensive square meter of an apartment in Serbia in 2021 was traded in the Belgrade Waterfront, in the municipality of Savski Venac. The price was 10,068 euros per square meter, according to the Report on the situation on the real estate market for 2021, published by the Republic Geodetic Authority. The apartment is in a new building and has an area of 144 m2.

When it comes to old buildings, the highest price per square meter, 4,615 euros, was paid for an apartment in the Belgrade municipality of Vračar, with an area of 26 m2.

The apartment for which the most money was allocated in 2021 was a newly built apartment in the amount of 1,888,614 euros, with an area of 399 m2, located in the municipality of New Belgrade.

The most expensive house was sold on Savski Venac for 5,000,000 euros.

The most expensive square meter of office space was traded in the Belgrade municipality of Čukarica for 11,538 euros, with an area of 26 m2, and the highest contract price of office space of 2,500,000 euros was realized in New Belgrade.

The most expensive garage space at the price of 40,000 euros was traded at the Belgrade Waterfront.

The most expensive square meter of agricultural land was traded in Surčin in the settlement of Jakovo at a price of 24.9 euros / m2 for a plot of 59 acres.

The most expensive agricultural land in Serbia in 2021 was traded in the municipality of Žitište at a price of 3.5 million euros for 303 hectares.
