The fast and stressful rhythm of life takes a lot of our energy, and if we spend the working day in an office with an uninspiring environment, which even might have a depressing effect on our mood, our work enthusiasm will quickly decrease. Many people really love their jobs, but even the greatest professionals will not give their best if they sink into the grayness of the work environment. After all, the majority of employees in every company will always point out that their workspace is one of the most important conditions that they expect their employer to provide.

What should an office look like so that we can work efficiently and feel at ease during the eight and possibly more working hours? Above all else, the workplace should be a healthy setting. It is crucial that the office has good air quality, natural lighting, ventilation, and a low noise level. A modern workplace is also required to have a pleasing interior layout, flexible space organization, and to be furnished with cutting-edge technology. A secured parking space in the garage and a fantastic view through the window, which will recharge our batteries every time our concentration drops, sounds like an unattainable bonus, but it is not impossible to achieve. Not only does this ideally designed office space exist, but it is also situated in one of the Belgrade's most attractive locations.

Real Estate magazine had the opportunity to check out what it looks like to live and work in this kind of business environment, located on the 31st floor of the Skyline AFI Tower office building.

At the entrance to the office, we were greeted by natural light and a fantastic view with the first morning coffee and breakfast. Who could wish for a better start of the working day! And who wouldn't want to work in these offices! At first glance, you can see that everything in the offices is subordinated to the comfort of future users, i.e. the tenants, whose employees will enjoy a healthy and pleasant environment, which is confirmed by the LEED Gold certificate that the building has. We were overwhelmed by the impression that when you work in a place like this, on the 31st floor, you feel as if you have already climbed to the highest level of business success!

The workplace does not mean only the office but also the wider environment. How we spend the break depends on what opportunities and additional content are offered to us. Will it be just a coffee with a beautiful view of the sunset right from the office, a walk in the nearby park, a short shopping at the supermarket, pharmacy or will it be a nearby gym, spa center and even a swimming pool, if you are one of those willing to use every free moment for physical activity and relaxation, it depends only on the employer because he is the one who makes decisions and chooses business premises. But, in Skyline AFI Tower, all that is possible and available to future users.

The location of this business tower is an advantage itself. Kneza Miloša Street is in the proximity to important institutions, as well as the highway, and a quick connection to the airport. Parking is not of a problem, because the tenants will have an underground garage at their disposal, and as we earned, this modern and unique office building will also have the fastest elevators in the country (6 meters per second). Having all these facts in mind, it is not surprising that there is great interest in renting offices in this building and that numerous contracts with international companies have already been signed.

The investor of this project is the company AFI Europe Serbia, which at the recent CRE Awards held in Budapest, organized by Europaproprety, won two prestigious awards: in the best Investor of the Year category, thanks to the successful strategy of investment and development of all projects in Belgrade, and especially for the Skyline AFI Home project in the "Future Project of the Year" category, thanks to the concept of this new product on the market.
