MIA DORĆOL NOMINATED FOR THE ARCHDAILY BUILDING OF THE YEAR AWARD

The modern Granit Invest office building Mia Dorćol in Dorćol, designed by Zabriskie studio, was nominated five days ago for the Building of the Year award for 2022, awarded by Archdaily, the most widely read architecture website in the world.

The award is given in 14 categories, and Mia Dorćol was nominated in the office space category. Voting lasts until February 9, and the winners will be announced on February 17. Mia Dorćol stands out for its appearance, with an unusual angular position and a recycled brick facade. The interior is of modern industrial design, with an emphasis on aesthetics and functionality.

The building has six floors and 2,900 square meters of usable area. It is equipped with innovative technologies and is one of the facilities with the lowest energy consumption. What contributes to the special atmosphere of the building is the greenery, both on the facade and inside the building.

The Mia Dorćol building has already received several prestigious awards, such as the annual "Aleksej Brkić" award of the Association of Architects of Serbia and the BigSEE architecture award - public and commercial architecture - regional award for architects and buildings realized in 19 countries in Southeast Europe.
