As of today, January 3, the application called "Cadastral Alarm" has been launched. The primary goal of this application, initiated by the Republic Geodetic Authority, is to automatically alert the owner of the real estate or the person who has a legal interest in that real estate in real time if anything happens to it in the system.
All the owner needs to do is enter the data on the real estate he wants to monitor, and the system will notify him of any changes.
Examples of these changes are:
-submitting a request for a change of owner
-request for registration of cargo or remarks
-litigation, error correction
-any other legal action that may in any way harm the interests of the property owner.
This type of modern communication could significantly improve the quality of daily functioning and finally relieve the workload of clerks at the counters.
With this automatic monitoring of the status of cases related to immovable property and notification of the same, the Republic Geodetic Authority has set the legal protection of citizens, the owners of real estate, at the highest level.
