Romulijana, a company based in Gamzigradska banja, has been sold for 41.3 million dinars (approximately 350,000 euros) after four unsuccessful bids, according to the Agency for Licensing Bankruptcy Trustees.
The bankrupt company was sold at the initial price, and the new owner is a private individual named Jasna Milovanović.
The most valuable assets of Romulijana include 12 buildings, ranging from Kastrum hotel to sports fields, as well as a healing water source near the Black Timok river.
Failed sales halved the initial price of Romulijana, which was set at 91.4 million dinars in mid-2021.
