Photo: AFI Europe Serbia At this year's CRE Awards, held in Budapest under the auspices of Europaproprety, where the best companies, projects, and professionals from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe are awarded, AFI Europe Serbia won two prestigious awards: as the best in the Investor of the Year category, thanks to the successful strategy of investment and development of all projects in Belgrade; and for the Skyline AFI Home project in the "Future Project of the Year" category, thanks to the concept of this new product on the market.
On this occasion, AFI Europe Serbia points out that apart from the great pleasure and honor that these two awards have for them, they are also a confirmation of the good direction in which their existing and future projects are developing, as well as investment strategies in Serbia.
Nominated projects were evaluated on the basis of design, quality, services, innovation, originality, and sustainability by an independent jury consisting of a team of real estate experts.
The CRE Awards event also included conferences and panels with the participation of significant representatives from the real estate sector, who made predictions about the future development of this market in the region. The general conclusion is that, although the period ahead is financially and economically more demanding and very uncertain, many companies from this sector are achieving exceptional success, and experts agree that Serbia is a very vital and suitable market for investments in the construction of all kinds of future projects.
AFI Europe Serbia has been present on the domestic market since 2005, and thanks to successfully established projects in the domain of business space, such as the Airport City Belgrade business park, the name AFI Europe Serbia provides security to investors and is a synonym for quality, responsibility, and commitment.
