With the official start of the construction of the second phase of the exclusive residential and business complex Novi Dorćol, a new era of housing has begun. The slogan of this imposing building "New Age, New Dorćol" fully reflects the new vision of comfort, convenience and luxury of the new 347 residential units located in Venizelosova Street.

The festive cocktail party on Tuesday, June 14, held on the occasion of the construction of the second phase, on the central square of the Novi Dorćol complex, was attended by the media, representatives of the investment company "Deka Inženjering" building Novi Dorćol, numerous prominent personalities from the public and business world, and the Allegretto String Quartet contributed to the pleasant atmosphere.

The guests were welcomed by Dušica Gaković, Project Lead of the company Deka Inženjering, which has been operating on our market since 2011 with the aim of offering a new quality of living space, as evidenced by the successfully completed residential complex A Block in New Belgrade.
