The world's largest property market, MIPIM, which has been postponed twice in the last two years due to the coronavirus pandemic, will be held from March 15 to 18 in Cannes. According to organizers from RX France, the number of exhibitors and participants will be close to the 2019 year, when MIPIM welcomed more than 25,000 delegates from around the world.

The four-day event, which has traditionally been held annually at the Cannes Festival Palace since 1990, brings together the world's biggest players in the real estate sector and is considered the most important event in the calendar of the real estate industry. Not without reason, because almost 3,800 companies from all sectors of the real estate industry from across the world show their new projects on 22,000 square meters of exhibition space in search of suitable partners or venues for new investments. MIPIM is a prime place for investors and developers meetings, as well as the creation of new investments in commercial and residential structures, hotels, industrial and logistical centers, and retail facilities. This event is particularly appealing because it attracts a large number of investors who are always on the lookout for fresh investment opportunities.

MIPIM gathers participants from more than 100 countries, most of them from France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium and Italy, but hundreds of delegates also come from all other European countries, Asia and both Americas. The majority of participants are investors and financial institutions (24%), followed by companies providing services in the real estate sector (21%) and developers (10%). There are also numerous delegates from hotel groups, retail chains, operators, technology service companies, representatives of cities and local governments...
In addition to the exhibition space at the stands and the opportunity to organize one-on-one meetings, MIPIM participants have at their disposal more than 100 experts conferences from all key areas of the real estate industry, as well as the opportunity to connect with each other through an online platform.
