The estimated value of the job is around RSD 50.4 million, and it will be done by the Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade, which is the author of the first phase of the spatial plan of the special-purpose area for the construction of the national football stadium.
As an explanation for the awarding of the contract without the opening of a public invitation, it is said that the Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade is the carrier of the exclusive right of urban and spatial planning of cities, settlements and spaces in the territory of Belgrade.
Let us remind that, according to the plan, the stadium will be located in Surcin, take up an area of 32 hectares and have a capacity of up to 60,000 spectators.
