According to the project that has been published on the website of the city administration, two buildings will be built instead of the halls that will be demolished.
The buildings in the shape of the Latin letter "S" will have nine floors and a height of up to 35 meters. It will be built in two phases. The first will be next to Tošin bunar street, and the second towards the inner part of the plot. Phase 1 includes the residential and business part with the majority share of housing in relation to business, with the corresponding garage floors.
Phase 2 envisages the continuation of construction where business is mostly represented in relation to housing with associated garages. The number of storeys in the first phase is 3Po + P + 9 + PS. The required number of parking spaces is 1086.
A glass facade made of aluminum profiles is planned for the business and residential part of the building. Aluminum profiles are dark in color - anthracite gray. Aluminum and steel joints are protected by appropriate protection measures, and treated according to specifications, glazed with thermopane glass. As a detail on the façade, dynamically placed brisoles appear, which play out the façade and at the same time have a functional role.
Presentation of the urban project prepared by “Falcon group” d.o.o. for the investor "DB SET UP SOLUTIONS" d.o.o., will last until April 4 in the city administration.
