The investor of the project is the Clinical Center of Serbia, and the developer and author of the conceptual design is the company IBM Consult from Belgrade, according to ekapija.com.
This is the second of a total of three garages planned within the KCS complex. The first 640 parking spaces have already been built, along with the new building of the Emergency Center, within the "Resavska" garage. This urban project refers to the garage of the former working name "Central-heliport".

The garage will have a ground floor and three above-ground floors, a total of five levels, a heliport on the roof and 501 parking spaces, of which 51 will be for people with disabilities. The project states that the location planned for construction currently represents a neglected, undeveloped green area with intensive high vegetation.

The project includes the construction of a rectangular garage with a gross area of 16,401.93 square meters, in the part between the buildings of the Doctor's Tower and the Laza Lazarević Clinic, the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic and the Ambulance.
The goal of the construction is to overcome the deficit of parking areas within the KCS complex.

Access to the garage, which is oriented along the longer side towards the highway, will be provided from the newly designed two-way road on the south side of the building. In the garage, access control is provided with a software installation for control and payment. There are no delays at the entrance ramps, only sensor control of registrations.
The third garage within the KCS, "Deligradska", is planned on the corner of Deligradska and Dr Kosta Todorovića streets, on about 25,000 square meters, with seven levels and 1,000 parking spaces.
