The Tesla Model 3 is well on its way to becoming the best-selling electric car in Europe last year. With 112,687 vehicles sold from January to November, it secured far better placement in the electric vehicle market than European competitors such as Volkswagen and Renault.
According to JATO Dynamics, the Tesla Model 3 topped the overall sales list of new cars and thus achieved a historic result in the automotive industry, emphasizing that it is the first electric car to have such success.
By comparison, the Volkswagen ID.3 model reached sales of 62,467 vehicles between January and November 2021, while the Renault Zoe reached 60,362 new owners.
The increase in sales of cars with reduced and zero emissions is evident. In November, their sales amounted to 26 percent of total car sales, which is an increase of 12 percent compared to 2020, and five percent compared to 2019.
In accordance with the new global environmental requirements, and at the same time market, there is every chance that car manufacturers will force the sale of electric cars in the future and that Tesla Model 3, as well as other Tesla models, will remain the dominant choice of drivers.
The prices of this Tesla model range from 40,000 euros and up.
