Announcing the more than 100-storey residential complex Binghatti said it would comprise two and three-bedroom residences in the Business Bay district. “We took inspiration from the complex horological movements that beat in Jacob & Co timepieces and we integrated them into the key elements of the tower. The diamond-shaped spires sitting at the peak of the tower are reminiscent of an actual crown, an ornament of unique finesse inspired by the design of Jacob & Co’s finely cut gems. This is the apex of the luxury narrative in this evocative construction, a signature feature that add further grandeur to the city’s skyline.” said Muhammad Binghatti, CEO of Binghatti Holding.

The officially named Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences tower will also feature a private member’s club and high-spec penthouses. High-rise living continues to be a highly visible aspect of the Dubai real estate market. The asymmetrical wasl tower is taking shape and the tower is expected to finish in 2024.
