PlanRadar, one of Europe's leading digital project management platforms in the fields of construction and real estate management, has enhanced its integration capabilities with the launch of the PlanRadar Connect service.

Supported by the leading enterprise automation platform, Workato, the PlanRadar Connect service aims to improve the way technology solutions are connected, allowing PlanRadar platform users to easily sync with other applications without the need for complex coding.

Improvements will give PlanRadar users more flexibility, combining their existing software and workflows with award-winning platform functionality to save time, improve speed and accuracy, while avoiding huge amounts of performance-reducing data.

The recent $ 69 million in Series B funding investment will also increase the company's research and development capabilities, helping fund a new technology center and dedicated product innovation team for faster and easier interoperability with other software and programs.

Bojan Petković, Regional Director of PlanRadar for Southeast Europe, said: “As the construction industry continues to grow in the digital age, finding efficient ways to automate work processes has become key to improving project performance and business performance. It was a catalyst for PlanRadar Connect. ”

Petković adds: "We want to improve interoperability, removing the obstacles of incompatibility that come with the use of many technological systems, creating inconsistencies in the data and additional work by duplicating the process." By creating an easy way to integrate with existing technology, companies can work smarter and achieve higher levels of accuracy when it comes to using data. It's about a common approach and something that the wider industry should strive for. "

The new features will add to the existing API software (Application Programming Interface), making it faster and easier to integrate with more than 200 pre-installed connectors, such as Outlook, Dropbox, Jira, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.

In an environment where information sharing is key to project success, PlanRadar Connect can also encourage higher levels of communication and collaboration between teams, creating transparent traceability of the decision-making process.

“As the construction industry strives to maximize efficiency, we see a growing demand for automated workflows that connect teams in the office and in the field, at every stage of the construction project life cycle. PlanRadar Connect is a great example of a low-coded / non-coded Workato platform that allows anyone to easily create custom automations to move critical project information and tasks between PlanRadar and over 200 other critical business applications. ” said Gautham Viswanathan, chief product officer at Workato.

Petković concludes: "If the construction industry wants to achieve the accuracy and timeliness of information and really accept its digital transformation, then it must first address the issue of technological compatibility, which is currently hampering progress."

"This is just the latest step in the continuous development of our software, which is already used daily by 100,000 professionals in more than 60 countries. We look forward to receiving positive feedback from our customers once they start implementing PlanRadar Connect into their own existing software solutions. ”
