Croatian hotel operator Arena Hospitality Group, which acquired the Belgrade hotel 88 Rooms three years ago, has announced that it has signed a contract for rebranding and repositioning the hotel as Radisson RED. The costs of renovation and repositioning are estimated at three million euros, the company said. The hotel is expected to open later this year as the Radisson RED Belgrade hotel.

Arena secured this collaboration by expanding the strategic partnership of its majority owner, PPHE Hotel Group, with Radisson Hotel Group in May 2022, which provided the Group with access to Radisson brands. In addition to managing the Grand Hotel Brioni Pula, Radisson Collection Hotel, and several properties under the Park Plaza brand, the Group has now decided to lead the 88 Rooms Hotel in Belgrade under the Radisson RED brand.
Supported by Radisson brands, the Group expects to benefit from the strength and recognition of the Radisson RED brand, Radisson's global distribution network, and Radisson's loyalty program, the statement said.
