This project redefines temporary housing with sustainable and adaptable buildings. These structures, designed for relocation and reuse, can serve various purposes, from accommodation and housing to commercial facilities. They cater to both densely populated areas and those lacking sufficient infrastructure. This innovative partnership involved Banque des Territoires, SNCF immobilier, ICF Habitat, the Seine-Saint-Denis department Council, and designed by Selvea group with Virtuel and alt Architect offices, and Ethic Germanium, Atelier Rouch and Edile Construction design offices.

Located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, this 20-hectare development will encompass 126,000 square meters of space. Spearheaded by Paris Métropole &  Aménagement, and the City of Paris, the project features Michel Desvigne as the lead landscape architect, collaborating with LIN/Particules urban architects.
