Photo: gradnja.rsThis year's BuildUp 2022 - Powered by TECE conference, under the slogan "Sustainable because it is unbearable", will be held on November 16 at the Yugoslav Cinematheque. Numerous professionals from domestic and regional practice will share their experiences and solutions in the field of sustainable architecture, construction and business at the conference.
The focus will be on four hot topics: regeneration and reconstruction of old buildings, sustainability and flexibility of business premises, employment and human resources in the construction industry and energy efficiency of family houses.
Dean Lah from the Slovenian studio ENOTA will be the keynote speaker. In his presentation, he will talk about a holistic approach: the synergy of sustainability, economy and architecture.
In their lecture, Lazar Kuzmanov and Aleksandar Kovjanić will discuss the case study of the reconstruction of Radnički in Novi Sad, and the expert team of AFI Europe Serbia will share the details of the design and construction of the Skyline AFI Tower in Belgrade.
Marija Simeunović will give an attractive lecture on the topic of how to form lasting teams, while Predrag Milosavljević will discuss the study of the construction of the first hemp house.
Igor Conić will lead a panel on the regeneration and renovation of old buildings. His interlocutors will be Ivana Letić (Delta Real Estate), Dušica Totić and Marko Korošec (Remorker Architects), as well as Dragana Konstantinović (Faculty of Technical Sciences Novi Sad).
Vesna Krizmanić will lead a panel on the sustainability and flexibility of business facilities. Her interlocutors will be Jovana Cvetković (MPC Properties), Jelena Jolović (Novaston) and Slavko Bingulac (Sirius Offices).
Miljan Mikić will moderate the discussion on employment challenges and team development in the construction industry. The participants of this panel are Rada Anđelić (Energoprojekt), Lela Alempijević (Studio Zabriskie) and Tatjana Beatović (Modulor).
Dejan Mitov will lead a panel on the energy efficiency of family houses. His interlocutors will be Anđela Karabašević (AKVS Arhitektura), Predrag Milutinović (MAPA Architects) and Miroljub Stanković (KontraStudio).
