Delta City Podgorica center covers an area of 24,500 square meters with 100% of occupancy rate. The center has a rental mix that includes a Aroma supermarket, Cineplexx cinemas, cafes and restaurants, fashion chains and sport stores, with anchor stores like Zara, Bershka, Mango, Pandora, Fashion & Friends, Sport Vision, Cosmetics market and many others.
On February 20, BIG Shopping Centers reported that the subsidiary CEE-BIG BV, which is 95% owned by BIG, has signed an agreement to purchase DELTA CITY Mall located in Podgorica, Montenegro, at an agreed value of 95 million euros, of which € 57 million will be financed by a bank loan.
On that occasion Weiss, who leads the growing operations in Serbia and the Balkans, expressed his excitement to start BIG’s first operation in Montenegro, and said he was happy and proud with adding this strong asset to BIG’s asset portfolio.
